🛡️ The "No-Interference" Guarantee

Cherry Picker APP is strictly a decision-support utility. To ensure your account safety and privacy:

No Automation: Cherry Picker APP never interacts with your phone's OS to accept, decline, or cancel trips. You retain 100% manual control.
No "Call Home": The app does not transmit your trip data, location, or personal details to external servers. All calculations happen locally on your device.
Passive Capture: The app only "reads" the offer data displayed by Uber and Lyft to perform math; it never "writes" or sends commands back to those apps.

1. User Responsibility

You are the pilot. Cherry Picker APP provides the data, but you make the decisions. We are not responsible for your acceptance rates, account standing with rideshare platforms, or traffic safety. Do not interact with the app while the vehicle is in motion.

2. License & Device Binding

Your license is tied to your specific Android device via Hardware ID (HWID). This is used strictly for subscription verification. One license equals one active device.

3. Subscription & Trial

Users receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription auto-renews monthly via Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing.

4. Service Limitations

Cherry Picker APP provides mathematical estimates. While we aim for 100% accuracy, final payouts are determined by your rideshare platform. We do not guarantee specific income levels.
